By accessing or using Protocol: Survival ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Protocol: Survival is an emergency preparedness platform that helps individuals and families track inventory, assess readiness, and plan for emergencies. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features including AI-powered analysis tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers three tiers: Recon (free), Operator ($9/month), and Command ($19/month). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes prorated accordingly. All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.

5. AI Credits & Usage

AI credits are allocated based on your subscription tier and reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional emergency management advice.

6. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI queries are processed but never used for model training. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or (f) use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided through AI features constitutes professional emergency preparedness advice. Always consult qualified professionals for critical safety decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Protocol: Survival and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination where technically feasible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
